Technical Analyst

The search

We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to support and enhance our IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. You’ll work with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to deliver secure, efficient systems and act as a 3rd line escalation point.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and on-premises infrastructure

• Implement identity-based security solutions

• Support migrations, rollouts, and software integrations

• Maintain documentation and perform system upgrades and maintenance

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues

Essential skills

• Experience in infrastructure or technical support roles

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure

• Solid understanding of networking and security principles
